an immersion in the nature of Tierra del Fuego
REMOTE EXPERIENCE IN PATAGONIA – TIERRA DEL FUEGO
Lago Fagnano or Lago Khami: a deep dive into the End of the World
Spent four days in Tierra del Fuego, a remote corner of the world where nature takes center stage. I invite you to rediscover what truly matters amid mountains, ancient forests, and crystal-clear waters, allowing you to completely disconnect from the outside world.
The adventure begins with the thrill of flying over the Andes * and continues with the visual rewards of trekking through natural terraces and hidden waterfalls. You can paddle through the mystical waters of the bay or sail to Tierra del Fuego National Park. All of this is complemented by the warmth of sharing the region’s traditional and iconic flavors. Return to simplicity; return to yourself.
A place steeped in history
Located on the shores of the majestic Lake Fagnano (Khami), about an hour and a half by car followed by fifty minutes by boat, lies Reindeer Bay. Its name echoes an old project to introduce this species to the area. Although the plan never came to fruition, it left its mark on the place names of this untamed landscape. Today, it is a sanctuary of mountains, waterfalls, and primeval forests that offers a true escape at the End of the World.

Committed to the environment we love.
If caring for the environment is important to you, it’s a priority for us. We calculated the carbon footprint of our logistics operations, and the results were revealing: traveling by helicopter has a smaller environmental impact than traditional ground and water transportation, thanks to shorter travel times and distances.
As a mountain tour operator, our commitment is unwavering: we limit the frequency of our operations in this environment to preserve the integrity of the ecosystem. Thank you for trusting us to care for the planet as we explore its most pristine corners.

Faro San Pio
We want everyone who loves the outdoors to feel at home here, whether they prefer leisurely walks or more intense mountain challenges. No matter what level of activity you choose, the reward is always the same: returning to the comfort of our cabins to share a delicious home-cooked dinner by the warmth of the fire.
The heart and soul of the experience: Graciela and David
This adventure wouldn’t be the same without Graciela and David. Through hard work, patience, and dedication, they’ve transformed this remote corner into the haven that welcomes us today. Just getting here is a feat in itself: access is limited to a combination of road travel and navigation, or an epic two-day trek on foot from the outskirts of Ushuaia.
Although they divide their time between the city and the tranquility of Bahía de los Renos, they’re always there to welcome us with their unique warmth. Get ready to indulge your senses at breakfast; the aroma and taste of their freshly baked homemade bread will be one of the memories you’ll carry with you forever.
